Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor

Our client, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting vehicle operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Supervise and support vehicle operators in daily operations to meet short and long-term targets
• Lead by example, ensuring all software and hardware tests meet high standards
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations leaders to drive safe and efficient vehicle fleet management
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members regularly
• Coordinate administrative tasks related to team scheduling and operations

What's Needed?

• At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and an active AVT permit
• Experience working in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven safe driving record
