Home Health Assistant Director

St. David’s Medical Center is seeking a Home Health Assistant Director to help lead our growing home health services in alignment with our patient-centered culture. Reporting to the Home Health Director, this RN leader oversees clinical operations, supervises field staff, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, and drives quality and patient safety initiatives. The role includes developing care protocols, coordinating interdisciplinary care, managing performance and staffing, supporting EMR documentation standards, and mentoring nurses to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across our home health population.
