Operating Room RN Clinical Supervisor

StoneSprings Hospital Center seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator to provide leadership within the Operating Room. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily OR operations, ensure safe, evidence-based perioperative care, and support surgeons and anesthesia providers. You’ll supervise and mentor OR nursing staff, oversee scheduling and workflow, manage supplies and regulatory compliance, and champion quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives. You’ll also collaborate across departments, participate in staff education and performance improvement, and help drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence.
