COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

$285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus (half up front and the remainder after the 1^st year)
$10,000 Relocation Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAIL Family Medicine (FM)

Family Medicine - 100% Outpatient
12-16 patients per day in clinic
3 NP’s and 1 PA on-site
No Call - Excellent work-life balance
EMR - Meditech

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL Family Medicine (FM)

Must acquire CO licensure
