Join a Physician-Owned, Multi-Specialty Practice in Northern Nevada
Carson Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our established, physician-owned multi-specialty practice in Carson City, Nevada. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy, full-spectrum OB/GYN practice while working alongside experienced physicians in a collegial, physician-led environment.
Compensation
Base salary of $286,000

Quarterly production bonus

Benefits
Four (4) weeks of paid time off

$3,000 annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance

Carson Medical Group pays 80% of employee health insurance premiums

Paid professional liability insurance

Payment of all required Nevada medical licensure, DEA registration, credentialing fees, and professional dues, including ACOG membership

Relocation reimbursement of up to $3,000

Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually by the OB/GYN group

Excellent clinical and administrative support that allows physicians to focus on patient care

Partnership Opportunity
Physicians are eligible for partnership consideration after approximately 1.5 to 2.5 years of employment, based on the practices annual January partnership admission cycle.
Physician partners earn an average annual compensation of approximately $460,000, with an additional 401(k) annual contribution averaging $35,000, providing a highly competitive long-term compensation and retirement package.
