About Redhawk Auto Service

Redhawk Auto Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Manager in Temecula, CA.
This position offers $50,000–$120,000 per year with a salary-plus-bonus pay structure, paid biweekly.

You’ll lead daily operations, customer experience, service sales, workflow, and the automotive service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily automotive shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and daily shop priorities
• Deliver a strong customer experience from vehicle intake through completion
• Coach and support automotive technicians and service staff
• Present repair recommendations and drive service sales while maintaining customer trust
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service team throughout the repair process
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to support daily operations

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or Service Advisor experience
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with sales and consistent follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
