Team Lead

UF Health is seeking a Team Lead to support our Healthcare & Medical Services department in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. In this role, you will oversee daily team operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will mentor and develop staff, foster collaboration across disciplines, and help implement evidence-based practices and process improvements. As part of an academic health center, you’ll contribute to innovative care models and continuous learning while supporting UF Health’s mission of research, education, and compassionate care.
