Material Handler
1st Shift

Our client, an industry leader in paper and manufacturing, is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their team in De Pere, WI. You will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler - De Pere

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: First

What's the Job?

  • Provide material handling and preparation support for paper stock production
  • Safely operating a forklift to move product and material
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure safe operation and perform minor maintenance as needed
  • Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials using forklifts or other industrial equipment
  • Perform quality inspections of materials, grading properly, and ensuring delivery meets company and industry standards

What's Needed?

  • Ability to show up for entire scheduled shifts reliably
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks continuously
  • Ability to operate various machines as required
  • Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
