  • Establish engineering standards and technical requirements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and collaborate with Design and Construction teams to ensure replacement, renovation, and capital projects align with organizational objectives, operational requirements, regulatory standards, and lifecycle asset management strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and implement cost optimization initiatives through operational improvements, energy management programs, process efficiencies, and value engineering strategies that enhance financial performance while maintaining service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with organizational and project leadership to define and advance major facility development and capital investment strategies, ensuring mechanical, electrical, utility, and energy system requirements are incorporated into project planning, design, and execution.
