Lead Infusion Registered Nurse

Allied Digestive Health seeks a Full-Time Lead Infusion RN to oversee infusion services within a physician-led GI group serving New Jersey and New York. In this role, you will manage and deliver safe IV infusions and injections, perform assessments, monitor patients, and respond to adverse reactions while ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols. You will function as a clinical resource, mentoring infusion staff, coordinating schedules and workflows, and collaborating closely with physicians and advanced practice providers.
