Full job description
As a Sullivan Super Service Drain Cleaning Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Executing full drain replacements and sewer lining projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Performing comprehensive drain cleaning services for residential properties using industry-leading tools such as drain snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and camera inspection systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving drainage and sewer issues through detailed inspections and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Presenting repair and replacement options to customers, offering clear and honest recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and customer interactions using ServiceTitan.
- Collaborating with customers to educate them on preventive maintenance and proper care of their plumbing systems.
- Following all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Keeping work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and materials to efficiently handle each job.
- Staying current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise.
Top candidates will possess:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in drain cleaning.
- Experience with full drain replacement and sewer lining is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, including camera inspection systems and hydro-jetting machines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
