Schedule This is a day shift position, typically Monday through Friday, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. This facility focuses on the recovery of individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide customized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.

Monitor and document patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and their families about their therapy and ongoing recovery process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have a valid PT license.

A minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehab or hospital experience is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
