THE POSITION

The Enterprise Sourcing Co-op will collaborate with members of Finance & Administration’s Enterprise Sourcing group to participate in and implement various projects across the department. The Co-op will work closely with numerous team members and will have ownership of key deliverables. The Enterprise Sourcing team is an integral component to the successful onboarding of the firm’s external service providers and is uniquely positioned to work with all areas across the firm and is comprised of three primary functions: 1) Enterprise Sourcing, 2) Accounts Payable, 3) Travel and 4) Sustainability

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Enterprise Sourcing Co-op will include:

  • Support supplier onboarding, sourcing, accounts payable, travel and sustainability activities.
  • Assist with purchase order, invoice, subscription, or contract-related workflows.
  • Maintain trackers, prepare status updates, and document project progress.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather information or resolve open items.
  • Analyze data in Excel and summarize findings for team members or managers.
  • Assist in evaluating, testing, and documenting emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and workflow automation solutions
  • Conduct Request for Proposals and set-up and coordinate Supplier bid activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Interest in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, finance and/or business operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and team play skills; mature, professional, curious and possessing a sense of humor
  • Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and take on new/different challenges
  • Willingness to proactively participate in team meetings and share opinions and insights
  • Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, automation platforms, or AI agent concepts is desirable
  • Detail-oriented with a desire to take initiative, conduct research, and solve problems as needed
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable collaborating across teams, and willing to ask questions when needed
  • Ability to analyze data, maintain trackers, identify trends, and support process improvement initiatives
  • Previous related work experience or Co-op experience is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Desired majors include Supply Chain Management, Global Business and Strategy or similar

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:

$19-$35 per hour

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.   

 

Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
