This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $83,000.
Job Details:

• $0.65-$0.68 cpm
• Detention pay: $15 per hour - Starts 2 hours after on time arrival
• Drop and hook pay: $25 per stop
• Live load/unload: $50 per stop
• Live swap: $25
• Driver assist load/unload: $25 per stop
• Hazmat: $50 per load
• Holiday pay per day: $200
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Frequent home time
• Majority no touch freight
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
