MultiCraft Maintenance Technician

A major, well-established manufacturer with a strong market share in its industry is seeking a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician for its day shift team, with a major focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves. The facility is located in the southwest Atlanta suburbs. This role is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting equipment and site property, and making mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs to machines and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime paid at time and a half.
What You'll Do:
The MultiCraft Maintenance Technician maintains, services, and troubleshoots equipment and site property, making mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs to keep machines running safely and efficiently. A major focus of the role is valve experience involving hydraulics and pneumatics, including the ability to troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild valves, much of which is associated with die cast production equipment in this environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 to 4 years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of multi craft maintenance technician experience
- Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems
- Experience repairing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Valve experience involving hydraulics and pneumatics, including troubleshooting, replacement, and rebuilding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with die cast production equipment
