<p style="text-align:center"><a name="_MailOriginal"><b>Apply for tomorrow’s opportunity today, with Volt </b></a></p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring for "Direct Hire" 2nd shift CNC Machinist in Irwin, PA </b></p> <p><b>As a 2nd shift CNC Machinist, you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines (lathes and mills) using Mazatrol controls.</li> <li>Perform all in-process inspections, including first article inspections, to ensure parts meet specifications.</li> <li>Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and dimensional tolerances.</li> <li>Load/unload parts using overhead cranes, deburr parts, and complete production documentation.</li> <li>Monitor tooling and tool life, minimize machine downtime, and communicate maintenance needs.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a Full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.</b></p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience operating Mazak CNC machines with Mazatrol controls in a production environment.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and verify material specs.</li> <li>Experience with both Mazak and Dasun machines are huge plus</li> <li>Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling selection, and part inspection procedures.</li> <li>Prior experience with CNC programming, manufacturing processes, and cross-training flexibility is a plus.</li> <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent</li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule : 2nd Shift - 3:00 pm- 1:30 am <br /> 4/10;s schedule </b></p> <p><b>Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
