ProLogistix now hiring for Warehouse Operations Coordinator in the New Castle, Delaware area!

Available Shifts: AM shift Available


Coordinates daily warehouse operations by managing inventory accuracy, driver check-ins, shipping documentation, WMS transactions, and dock safety to ensure efficient and compliant workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in the WMS.
  • Process driver check-ins, dock assignments, and BOL documentation.
  • Ensure trailer and dock safety compliance.
  • Support inventory control through labeling, audits, and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate warehouse workflow and communicate operational priorities.
  • Resolve inventory and shipping exceptions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience required.
  • Experience with WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and dock operations.
  • Experience with RF scanners and yard management is a plus.
