Full job description
Key Accountabilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects within data center environments from planning and design through commissioning and turnover.
• Own schedule, budget, scope, and risk for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during the fit-out phase, leading all meeting and correspondence with the customer.
• Lead design reviews to validate tenant requirements and constructability.
• Oversee contractor performance, change management, and cost controls.
Data Center Responsibilities
- Manage MEP infrastructure projects involving UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution, PDUs, busway systems, cooling plants, CRAH/CRAC units, pumping systems, and building management controls.
- Deliver projects in live or partially energized environments.
- Coordinate phased handovers across multiple data halls or customers.
