Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Practice Setting: Inpatient clinic Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications Required: Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure Required: Active Virgina medical license
