We are actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. This is a permanent role where you will be charged with the responsibility of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the insurance sector. Your expertise in cold calling, talent management, talent acquisition, interviewing, recruiting, retention, and hiring will be pivotal in driving the growth of our organization. We are looking for a professional with a strategic mindset, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy designed to recruit and retain high-quality employees.
2. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
3. Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to source potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and ensure the recruitment process aligns with these needs.
5. Implement effective retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
6. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
7. Provide training and guidance to the hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and retention strategies.
8. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
9. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy and make necessary adjustments.
10. Stay abreast with the latest trends in recruitment and the insurance industry to ensure the organization maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Proven experience in cold calling, talent management, talent acquisition, interviewing, recruiting, retention, and hiring.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proficient in using HR software and social media platforms for recruiting.
5. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
6. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7. Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
8. Knowledge of labor legislation and insurance regulations is highly desirable.
9. A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
10. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
