Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $34.29 - $35.35. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Registrar

Full-Time

9th Floor OR

1 pm - 9 pm

Monday - Friday

Provide our world-renowned health care team with outstanding administrative support. In this position, you will be responsible for the registration of patients arriving to the hospital for admissions and procedures. Your scope of duties will include maintaining records, processing physician orders, scheduling and general data entry. In this highly visible role you will be interacting with  patients, families, and health care providers.

To qualify you must be proficient in key boarding and data entry with minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.  Minimum one year previous patient registration or hospital experience required.  Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.  Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance forms are also required. High School diploma or equivalent required - Associates Degree highly desirable. Heartsaver required.
