Patient demographic: 80% Adult and 20% Trauma Types of Cases: General Anesthesia Adult & Trauma Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Must be Board Certified in Anesthesiology, must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS) Must have an active Colorado License or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
