NOW HIRING: General Equipment Operator

Location: 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, PA 17527

Pay Rate: $16.75–$17.75 per hour

FOCUS Workforce Management is hiring General Equipment Operators . General Equipment Operators are responsible for operating warehouse equipment, moving products, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Job Responsibilities
Operate designated warehouse equipment according to training and safety procedures.
Move, transport, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
Follow equipment operating guidelines and workplace safety standards.
Maintain accurate product handling and inventory movement.
Complete assigned tasks while meeting productivity expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in cross-training and perform additional warehouse duties as needed.
Available Work Schedules

1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Sunday – Wednesday
Wednesday – Saturday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Monday – Thursday

Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to follow safety procedures and equipment instructions.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to learn and complete equipment training as required.
