What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and lead a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned to long‑term business goals.
Design, evaluate, and develop master data management workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes.
Establish and guide function-based data stewards to strengthen governance and consistent data practices.
Define, monitor, and improve the quality and completeness of master and transactional data, reporting on adherence and exceptions.
Lead and mentor high‑performing data management teams to ensure strong delivery and capability growth.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business or Data Analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated career progression in Data Management, Data Governance, or similar domains.
Direct experience with SAP ECC and MDG; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration practices is preferred.
Demonstrated success leading customer and vendor master data cleanup initiatives resulting in highly governed, accurate datasets.
Established track record leading an organization through a data migration strategy.
