Redhawk Auto Service is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for its high-volume Murrieta shop.

This position offers a balanced workload, a professional environment, and opportunities to grow while making a measurable impact on customer experience and shop performance.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule service appointments
• Prepare estimates
• Manage multiple appointments and shop workflow
• Communicate with customers
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department
• Improve customer experience and retention
• Use ARO and car-count data to manage schedules and performance

What You Need

• Two to three years of Service Advisor or similar experience
• Ability to manage multiple appointments daily
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team-first mindset
