Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager ready for the opportunity to help launch a new restaurant and make your mark from day one?

We're seeking a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys building teams, creating a strong service culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join the opening team of a new Philadelphia restaurant and help establish the standards and culture from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily FOH operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
• Establish and maintain service standards and operational procedures
• Build a positive, accountable, hospitality-driven team culture
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor performance
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
• Support pre-opening training, onboarding, and operational setup
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
• Build strong relationships with both guests and team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
• Full-service restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, labor management, and daily operations
• Opening experience preferred, but not required
• Hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and developing people
