Full-Time Tertiary Care High-Acuity Cardiac Program

Position Overview

• Location: Daytona Beach, Florida
• Setting: 367-bed tertiary care hospital
• Employment Type: Full-time, employed

• Care Model: ACT model with strong CRNA support

Clinical Scope

• Primary Focus: Cardiac anesthesia
• Case mix includes:
  • Open heart and structural heart cases
  • Thoracic and vascular procedures
  • Robotic lung program
  • General anesthesia
  • Neuro anesthesia and regional blocks
  • Light OB (low volume)
• Annual Volume: 1,300 cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• High-acuity cardiac service line

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Commitment to team-based, high-quality care

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac anesthesia certification
