Company: The IMA Group

Overview:
Looking for a change of pace from ongoing patient care? At The IMA Group in Philadelphia, PA, you'll perform structured, evaluation-based exams that support disability determinations. There's no diagnosing, prescribing, or follow-up involved — just focused clinical assessment.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct focused physical exams and review medical histories
  • Document objective findings using a streamlined reporting platform
  • Complete clear, timely reports to support disability evaluations

What You Won't Do:

  • No treatment plans or prescribing
  • No ongoing patient management or follow-up
  • No on-call responsibilities

Why NPs Choose This Role:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, built around consistent hours and steady, predictable case volume. You'll have full administrative support to keep documentation light, along with competitive pay plus productivity incentives and a comprehensive benefits package — health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and student loan assistance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Background in family medicine, internal medicine, ER, ortho, PM&R, or related fields preferred

Why It's a Fit:

Apply today to simplify your practice and focus on what you do best.
