Physiatrist (PM&R) - Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, Santa Cruz, CA
Join the physician-led team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican . We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician for a mixed office and hospital-based practice in coastal Santa Cruz. As the only practice in the area treating General Rehabilitation patients, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered organization.
Opportunity Highlights
- Collaboration: Work in a collegial, autonomous environment with well-respected physicians and APPs.
- Clinical Resources: Dedicated MA support and mentorship from established group members.
- Mixed Practice: Manage a 20-bed, CARF-certified Acute Rehabilitation Unit and a bustling consult service.
- Teaching: Opportunities to precept advanced practice providers and future residents.
- Balanced Schedule: 1:5 hospital call rotation; minimum one week of inpatient service per month.
Compensation and Benefits
- 12 Month Salary Guarantee: $325,000 + productivity incentives
- Support: Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance.

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R (ABMS or AOA).
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain).
