Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage the nursing department
* Oversee nursing care and services for residents
* Supervise nursing staff and caregivers
* Provide leadership in absence of higher management

Requirements:
* Graduate of accredited nursing school
* Current RN or LPN license in Michigan
* BLS certification
* Assisted Living experience required
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
