24-hour shifts -- in-house mornings, remainder on call
Shared call model -- 1:3 ratio as team expands (low call burden)
Average census: 10 - 13 patients; Level III (B) acuity, 25 weeks and up
Team model: 1 neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift
NNPs conduct daily rounds -- neonatologist leads assessments and planning
Grower/feeder focus -- ventilation support, no surgical cases onsite
Procedures: umbilical lines, intubations, occasional chest tubes
J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcomed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
