About The Role:

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Onsite IT Support Admin to be the go-to technical point of contact for our daily operations. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines untangling daily tech issues, provisioning gear for team members, and keeping our workspace running smoothly.


We want someone with solid foundational skills, high energy, and a relentless hunger to learn. If you are quick on your feet, love solving problems, and soak up feedback like a sponge, this is your launchpad. Working directly alongside senior engineers, you'll tackle day-to-day tickets while getting direct exposure to enterprise networking, security, and modern IT infrastructure.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining organizational security tools and protocols, including firewalls, endpoint protection systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.

  • Provide frontline end-user support by helping troubleshoot hardware and software issues for onsite and remote employees.

  • Support the IT team during security incidents by helping document events, gather data, and execute response procedures.

  • Help monitor the health of system networks, servers, NAS, and cloud environments, escalating issues as needed.

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management following Zero Trust architecture.

  • Help track hardware/software inventory and assist with vendor coordination and procurement tasks.

  • Collaborate on AI and data-related initiatives, including workflow improvements, reporting, and internal tooling support.

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving of systems

  • Documentation of work in ticketing system and documenting standard work processes

  • Providing a good customer/employee experience

  • Other duties as assigned by organizational leadership.


Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience  in a help desk, desktop support, or onsite IT admin role.

  • Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi), and Active Directory or Microsoft 365 administration.

  • High energy, a strong sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves for physical tasks like racking equipment or managing cabling.

  • An active listener who takes feedback constructively, learns quickly from senior team members, and isn't afraid to ask questions when stuck.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a user-first mindset and the ability to explain simple tech solutions to non-technical staff clearly.


  • Preferred Qualifications

    • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ-900/MS-900) are a plus, but passion and adaptability matter more.
