Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
