Occupational Therapy Assistant – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will deliver hands-on therapy under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life. You will assist with evaluations, carry out individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families, all while collaborating with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
