H2Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based outpatient care across diverse patient populations. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
