Maintenance Technician

Our client, in the building manufacturing and production industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the facilities support team, contributing to the upkeep and smooth operation of the building. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay Range: $25 - $30

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Perform general maintenance and small repairs throughout the facility.
• Utilize mechanical skills and hand or power tools to perform tasks.
• Assist with special projects or emergencies as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Sheetrocking/taping, painting, plumbing, electric, and light carpentry.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and small repairs.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
