Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehab services in our inpatient and/or home-based settings. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards.
