Licensed Vocational Nurse

Genesis HCC, part of Genesis HealthCare, is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. As an LVN, you will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately in the EHR. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, support rehab and long-term care goals, and uphold infection control and regulatory standards.
