Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic trauma, and complex medical conditions. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized rehab plans, provide patient and family education, and monitor progress toward functional goals.
