Happy Home Services is looking for a high‑energy Comfort Consultant to join our growing team in the Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas. Help homeowners and light commercial customers upgrade their comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.

This is a consultative sales role, not high-pressure selling. You’ll build trust, educate customers, and design HVAC solutions that truly fit their needs, while being rewarded with uncapped commission and strong support from an experienced operations team.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess comfort, efficiency, and system needs
• Conduct in-home and on-site evaluations of existing HVAC systems
• Present customized system replacement, upgrade, and comfort improvement solutions
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, financing options, and long-term value
• Build detailed proposals and confidently close sales with integrity and professionalism
• Manage your schedule effectively to maximize appointments, follow-ups, and close rates
• Partner closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, and project details
• Represent Happy Home Services with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC or transferable sales experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a full schedule
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly solutions
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented with a passion for earning
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demand
