Entry Level Press Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Press Operator to join their team. As a Press Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Press Operator

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $18.66/hour

Shift: 2nd shift & 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate injection or compression molding machines to produce quality parts
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and document production data
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Keep accurate records of production and quality checks

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate injection or compression molding machines
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Steel toe boots are required for safety compliance
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
