Pay Range: $75,410.00 – $100,549.99

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support accurate and timely monthly close of the general ledger, including accruals, amortizations, and adjusting journal entries

  • Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts

  • Review and analyze financial statements for assigned business units

  • Prepare, distribute, and explain financial reports with actionable insights

  • Perform inventory accounting, including standard vs. actual cost variance and physical inventory analysis

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support operations

  • Contribute to audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls


What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and/or IFRS

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

Work Environment

  • Office-based/Hybrid role within a shared services or corporate environment
