Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour + incentives
Pay Type: Hourly + incentive
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality automotive maintenance and mechanical repair work as assigned by the Shop Foreman or Manager
  • Perform oil changes, lube services, and filter replacements
  • Complete tire services, including general tire maintenance and service
  • Perform suspension-related repairs and services
  • Complete vehicle inspections, system flushes, and other assigned mechanical services
  • Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics and complete repairs in accordance with shop expectations and industry standards
  • Complete a thorough digital vehicle inspection on every vehicle entering the shop
  • Take required photographs to document vehicle conditions, recommended repairs, completed services, and applicable safety or compliance concerns
  • Perform work with attention to quality, accuracy, and vehicle safety while minimizing mistakes, omissions, and comebacks
  • Maintain technical knowledge and competence necessary to properly diagnose, service, and repair vehicles

    Qualifications

    • Previous automotive service or repair experience
    • Own professional automotive tools appropriate for general service work
    • Ability to complete general automotive service work independently
    • Dependable, prepared, and able to consistently follow through on assigned work
    • Receptive to coaching, feedback, and direction from shop leadership
    • Willingness to learn and continue developing automotive technical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive shop
