Job Summary:

• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective care coordination

• Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources to optimize patient care and staff development

• Participate in local and national nursing organizations to stay current with best practices and innovations in the field
