Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Illinois physical therapist license Bachelor's Degree

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Scheduled days: Monday through Friday 36 hours per week Productivity expectation: 30 points Mileage reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient
