Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled rehabilitative care to seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve residents’ independence and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a patient-centered, dignified, and supportive care environment that values clinical excellence and professional growth.
