Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Professional certification required Minimum education requirement: Doctoral Home health experience required

Assignment Details Weekend rotation required Potential availability on observed holidays required Travel throughout the service area and to other nearby agencies as needed Schedule flexibility required to meet patient care needs
