Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2170 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 24 months (2 years).

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >35 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of current med surg/tele experience required. - Charge experience required; must be willing to work charge. - Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience strongly required. - Drip experience required; must have experience with insulin drips, emolol drips, and sodium drips.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - ICU experience strongly preferred.

Special Requests: - RTO must be requested at submission; requests made after submission, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer. - Cannot work this assignment in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment.

Unit Details: - Adaptive acuity unit; on occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care (3:1 ratio).

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. - Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after. - Call/callback not applicable for this need.

Floating Requirements: - Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
