As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, supporting classroom instruction, and mentoring students to build academic skills, confidence, and engagement. You’ll join a collaborative, inclusive culture grounded in social justice, leadership development, and personal growth, with ongoing training, coaching, and team-based support to help you grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
