Full job description

As an LPN/LVN at Encompass Health, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence after illness or injury in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will provide direct bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, perform treatments, and support individualized rehabilitation plans. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate with RNs, therapists, and physicians, document care accurately in EMRs, and educate patients and families.
